Ryan started shaping boards out of his garage in East Van, obsessed with finding the perfect board for BC's cold, powerful waves. What began as a personal quest turned into a craft — then a calling.

Every board is hand-shaped, glassed locally, and built to handle everything from the playful rollers at Cox Bay to the heavy slabs at Jordan River.
